Agreement Overview

Scope of Services

Engagement Duration
All professional consulting agreements are for a minimum duration of one (1) year, unless stated otherwise in a written contract.
Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid in accordance with the invoice or proposal.
- Delays in payment may result in service suspension or termination.
- All payments are non-refundable after commencement of services, except under the conditions stated in our Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
- Grant necessary access for execution of strategies and automations.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary systems and frameworks.
Confidentiality
All client data, strategies, and proprietary information remain strictly confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose or reproduce materials without written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, tools, and processes developed by Baania Skyrise remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a contract.
Limitation of Liability
Baania Skyrise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All strategies are executed with professional expertise, but results depend on market conditions and client implementation.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled amicably through direct discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the Courts of New Delhi.
