Welcome to the Baania Skyrise Elite Brand Ambassador Network.

By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure fairness, transparency, and the protection of our brand, services, and clients.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
  
• You must submit accurate personal or business information.
  
• Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed; approval is at the sole discretion of Baania Skyrise.

2. Commission Structure

• Commissions are paid only for the clients you directly refer.
  
• Commissions do NOT apply to future services, renewals, long-term retainers, or any additional deals done with the same client later.
  
• Commission percentage will be shared privately and individually, not publicly.
  
• Payments are released only after the client has successfully paid and service engagement is confirmed.

3. Lead Ownership

• A lead is considered yours only when they submit the official application form with your referral code or referral link.
• If two affiliates refer the same person, the first verified referral is counted.
• Baania Skyrise reserves the right to reject referrals that do not qualify as genuine prospects.

4. Marketing & Representation Rules

• Represent Baania Skyrise accurately and ethically.
  
• Not promise discounts, false outcomes, guaranteed earnings, or unauthorized service details.
  
• Not portray themselves as employees or partners of Baania Skyrise.
  
• Use only approved branding, content, and messaging.

Baania Skyrise maintains strict rights to protect brand identity.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT engage in:

• Misleading claims or false advertising.
  
• Harassment or spamming of prospects.
  
• Misrepresentation of pricing, service scope, or affiliation.
  

Using Baania Skyrise’s name for personal lending, negotiations, unauthorized deals, or local arrangements.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are made after service confirmation, not immediately.
  
• Payments may take 7–30 business days depending on verification.
  
• Affiliate is responsible for any tax obligations in their country.

7. Confidentiality

Affiliates must keep all:

• Service details
  
• Pricing
  
• Internal process
  
• Client information
  strictly confidential.

Leaking information results in immediate termination.

8. Termination

Baania Skyrise reserves full rights to:

• Remove any affiliate
  
• Cancel future commissions
• Ban access permanently.

9. Limitation of Liability

Baania Skyrise is not liable for:

• Losses incurred from affiliate activities.
  
• Personal expenses incurred during promotions.
  
• Any misunderstanding caused by unauthorized statements.
